PublishPoint is an SEO AI Agent platform powered by Pointer. Pointer chats with you to build a content strategy, writes optimized posts, and publishes directly to your WordPress site. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

  • Provide the Service: Pointer chats with you to build your content strategy, generates optimized posts, syncs content to your WordPress site, and manages your account.

AI Training and Data Retention

PublishPoint is an AI company. We retain the content and prompts you create to train, test, and improve our models. This retention is core to how the platform gets better. Our Agreement

By creating an account or using PublishPoint, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Your Account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must give accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your region.

Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. By using PublishPoint, you grant us a license to host, process, and display that content to run the service. You also grant us a license to use your content and prompts to train and improve our AI models, subject to the choices in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for making sure your content does not break the law or infringe the rights of others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PublishPoint to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, to abuse the platform, to reverse engineer our systems, or to resell access without permission.

Plans and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless you cancel. Fees are charged in advance for each billing cycle. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account settings. Limits and features depend on your plan.

AI Output

Our AI generates content based on your inputs. Output may contain errors, so you are responsible for reviewing it before you publish. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or specific results.

Service Availability

We work to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or end features with notice where possible.

You can close your account anytime. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms. On termination, your right to use the platform ends, and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PublishPoint is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.

EU GDPR
